The appointment is $50, we ask that this is paid in advance to secure your appointment. Should you purchase a dress the $50 appointment fee will be taken off the total cost.
Should something come up and you need to cancel please do this within 48 hours to receive the full $50 refund. Changing appointments can be done up to 24 hours before.
Our Wellington store is located at 1 Waiwhetu Road, Lower Hutt.
Appointments are one-hour long and you will have the entire store to yourself.

A few questions that will help you on your way
When should I begin my wedding dress search?
We advise starting your search 10-12 months before your wedding day, allowing ample time for the gown’s creation, shipping, and alterations.
Do I need to schedule a consultation?
Yes, please book an appointment here for a convenient day and time. If you need a time outside our regular hours, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Is there a consultation fee?
There’s a $50 fee for your first visit, which will be credited towards a made-to-order gown (not applicable for sample sales, accessories, or off-the-rack). Subsequent consultations are free. To confirm your appointment, please pay the fee in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us at least 72 hours before your booking for a refund or transfer.
How long is my appointment, and how many guests can I bring?
Your one-hour appointment allows exclusive use of the store for you and up to 4-5 guests. This intimate group ensures a comfortable decision-making experience.
What sizes are available in your samples?
Our samples range from sizes 10-20, with the majority being 12-16. If you’re outside this range, we’ll help you envision the final look. Our made-to-order gowns are available in sizes 0-30.
What should I wear to my consultation?
We recommend nude underwear, a strapless bra, and minimal makeup. Please avoid wearing fake tan. Bring your heels or use the ones provided in-store.
What if I or a guest is unwell?
If anyone shows virus symptoms, kindly postpone your appointment. Contact us, and we’ll reschedule for a later date.
How long does gown production take?
Made-to-order gowns take 5-6 months. Rush options are available for an additional fee, though this might not be possible during peak times.
Will I need alterations?
Yes, alterations ensure a perfect fit. Common adjustments include shortening straps, hemming, and adding a bustle. These costs are separate, and we recommend seeking quotes and referrals for quality service.
